大肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，化疗是大肠癌的西医治疗方法，然而，患者在得到治疗的同时也相应带来了一系列的治疗相关症状，而这些不良反应使患者承受着巨大的痛苦以至于无法完成化疗。因此，如何帮助患者减轻痛苦，按期完成治疗已成为社会亟待解决的问题。近年来研究发现中医药配合化疗具有减毒增效作用，本文收集近年来的相关文献资料，对中医药在大肠癌根治术后化疗的作用现状进行分析，探讨其所存在的问题和未来的研究发展成趋势。

Colorectal cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal cancer,chemotherapy is a western medicine treatment of colorectal cancer,however,when the patients were treated at the same time brings a corresponding series of treatment-related symptoms,these adverse reactions so that patients suffer great pain that can not be completed chemotherapy. So,how to help patients relieve pain,and fulfill the therapy has become a social problem to be solved.In recent years,the studies have found that Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy toxicity and synergistic effects.This collection of relevant literature in recent years,the role of current situation of Chinese medicine in colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were analyzed,discuss their problems and future research and development into a trend.
