为了提高三价铬镀铬工艺中阳极材料的性能,采用阳极氧化法制备了掺杂纳米颗粒的β-PbO2-CeO2-ZrO2复合电极材料。通过扫描电化学显微镜和析氧极化曲线的测量,考察了不同搅拌速率条件下制备的复合电极材料在硫酸盐体系三价铬镀液中的电催化活性,利用塔菲尔曲线考察了复合电极材料的耐蚀性,并辅以扫描电镜表征了电极材料的微观形貌。结果表明:当施镀搅拌速率为350 r·min-1时,所制备的复合电极材料具有结构致密、电催化活性高、耐蚀性强等特点。
為瞭提高三價鉻鍍鉻工藝中暘極材料的性能,採用暘極氧化法製備瞭摻雜納米顆粒的β-PbO2-CeO2-ZrO2複閤電極材料。通過掃描電化學顯微鏡和析氧極化麯線的測量,攷察瞭不同攪拌速率條件下製備的複閤電極材料在硫痠鹽體繫三價鉻鍍液中的電催化活性,利用塔菲爾麯線攷察瞭複閤電極材料的耐蝕性,併輔以掃描電鏡錶徵瞭電極材料的微觀形貌。結果錶明:噹施鍍攪拌速率為350 r·min-1時,所製備的複閤電極材料具有結構緻密、電催化活性高、耐蝕性彊等特點。

In order to enhance the property of anode materials for trivalent chromium plating,the β-PbO2-CeO2-ZrO2 composite an-ode materials doped with nano-particles were prepared by anodic oxidation method. The electro-catalytic activity of composite anode materials prepared in different stirring rates was investigated by SECM and Oxygen evolution polarization curves in the sulfate triva-lent chromium plating bath. The corrosion resistance of composite anode materials was analyzed by Tafel curves and the micro-mor-phology of composite anode materials was studied by SEM. The results indicated that the inert anode materials had compact struc-ture,high electro-catalytic activity and good corrosion resistance when the stirring rate was 350 r·min-1 in the trivalent chromi-umplating bath.
