目的探讨 CD133作为一种癌症干细胞标志物在结直肠癌组织中的表达与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系及与患者预后的关系。方法利用免疫组化的方法观察 CD133在50例结直肠癌组织中的表达情况，并分析其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 CD133在结直肠癌组织的表达明显高于正常黏膜组织（ P <0.05），其表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期有关（ P <0.05）。Kaplan - Meier 生存分析，CD133高表达组5年生存率为37.6%，CD133低表达组5年生存率为53.3%，两组间有明显差异（ P <0.05）。结论 CD133在结直肠癌组织中高表达并影响结直肠癌患者的预后，其表达水平越高预后越差。

Objective To investigate the expression of cancer stem cell marker CD133 in colorectal cancer tissue and its relevance to the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Methods Fifty colorectal cancer patients were investigated in the study. The expression of CD133 in colorectal cancer specimens was detected with immunohistochemistry. The relevance of CD133 expression to the clinico-pathologic features and prognosis of patients was analyzed. Results CD133 expression in cancer tissues was significantly higher than in normal tis-sue( P < 0. 05). The expression of CD133 was related to the depth of invasion of cancer,lymph node metastasis,and clinical stage of the pa-tients( P < 0. 05). Kaplan - Meier survival analysis showed that 5 - year survival rate was higher in CD133 low - expression patients(53. 3% ) than in CD133 high - expression patients(37. 6% )( P < 0. 05). Conclusion CD133 expression is relevant to the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. Patients with high - expression of CD133 have poor prognosis.
