以聚乙二醇-600为反应介质,在CuSO4/葡萄糖催化作用下,取代苯胺与硫脲有效缩合生成了一系列相应的苯基硫脲。反应产物经水洗、过滤、乙醇/水中重结晶即可获得。该方法不使用有毒有机溶剂,原料及催化剂价廉,后处理简单便捷,因此是合成该类化合物高效绿色的新方法。所有产物经熔点、红外、核磁共振氢谱进行了表征。
以聚乙二醇-600為反應介質,在CuSO4/葡萄糖催化作用下,取代苯胺與硫脲有效縮閤生成瞭一繫列相應的苯基硫脲。反應產物經水洗、過濾、乙醇/水中重結晶即可穫得。該方法不使用有毒有機溶劑,原料及催化劑價廉,後處理簡單便捷,因此是閤成該類化閤物高效綠色的新方法。所有產物經鎔點、紅外、覈磁共振氫譜進行瞭錶徵。

A series of diphenylthioureas were efficiently synthesized through condensation of anilines with thiourea catalyzed by Cu-SO4/glucose in PEG-600. The products were obtained just by washing with water, filtration and recrystallization from EtOH/H2 O. The present method exhibited the following advantages:free use of toxic organic solvent,cheap starting materials and catalyst, and simple work-up procedure. These merits made it an efficient and green alternative to synthesis of diphenylthioureas. All the products were characterized with m. p. ,IR and 1 H-NMR analysis.
