目的:研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯溶液对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经动作电位传导的影响。方法制备蟾蜍离体坐骨神经标本,随机将标本分为4组:任氏液对照组,0.01%、0.1%和1%甲基丙烯酸甲酯溶液组。采用 BL -420生物信号采集系统记录标本动作电位的振幅和传导速度。结果蟾蜍坐骨神经动作电位振幅为(5.28±0.16)mV,传导速度为(15.63±0.47)m/ s。给药后0.01%组的振幅在第3~15分钟时出现“高台期”,最终降至(2.53±0.21)mV,传导速度在第10分钟开始下降,实验结束时为(8.06±0.77)m/ s。0.1%组在第1~15分钟为“高台期”,但最终降至(1.88±0.14) mV,传导速度在第5分钟下降,实验结束时为(2.81±0.51)m/ s。1%组在试验结束时振幅为(1.37±0.12)mV,传导速度在第2分钟下降,实验末为(2.73±0.43)m/ s。结论甲基丙烯酸甲酯溶液可以降低神经动作电位振幅及传导速度。中低浓度的甲基丙烯酸甲酯可以在短时间内提高动作电位振幅,但长时间作用于神经仍会减弱振幅,高浓度溶液则不会出现振幅升高的现象。甲基丙烯酸甲酯对神经传导的影响可能是经皮椎体成形术(PVP)手术止痛的原因之一。

목적:연구갑기병희산갑지용액대섬서리체좌골신경동작전위전도적영향。방법제비섬서리체좌골신경표본,수궤장표본분위4조:임씨액대조조,0.01%、0.1%화1%갑기병희산갑지용액조。채용 BL -420생물신호채집계통기록표본동작전위적진폭화전도속도。결과섬서좌골신경동작전위진폭위(5.28±0.16)mV,전도속도위(15.63±0.47)m/ s。급약후0.01%조적진폭재제3~15분종시출현“고태기”,최종강지(2.53±0.21)mV,전도속도재제10분종개시하강,실험결속시위(8.06±0.77)m/ s。0.1%조재제1~15분종위“고태기”,단최종강지(1.88±0.14) mV,전도속도재제5분종하강,실험결속시위(2.81±0.51)m/ s。1%조재시험결속시진폭위(1.37±0.12)mV,전도속도재제2분종하강,실험말위(2.73±0.43)m/ s。결론갑기병희산갑지용액가이강저신경동작전위진폭급전도속도。중저농도적갑기병희산갑지가이재단시간내제고동작전위진폭,단장시간작용우신경잉회감약진폭,고농도용액칙불회출현진폭승고적현상。갑기병희산갑지대신경전도적영향가능시경피추체성형술(PVP)수술지통적원인지일。
Objective To study the effect of the methylmethacrylate( MMA)on action potential of the sciatic nerve. Methods The nerves were impacted by 0. 01% ,0. 1% and 1% methylmethacrylate respectively. The amplitude and conduction velocity of the sciatic nerves was recorded by BL - 420 biological experimental system. Results The amplitude of nerves is(5. 28 ± 0. 16)mV and the velocity is(15. 63 ± 0. 47) m/ s. The amplitude appeared a "high level stage" in 0. 01% group at 3rd to 15th minute. The amplitude was(2. 53 ± 0. 21)mV and the velocity was(8. 06 ± 0. 77)m/ s at the end of the study. In the 0. 1% group,the period of whose "high level stage" of amplitude is 1st to 15th minute. The amplitude was(1. 88 ± 0. 14)mV and the velocity was(2. 81 ± 0. 51)m/ s at last. There was no "high level stage" in 1% group. The ampli-tude was(1. 37 ± 0. 12)mV at last. However,the velocity went to(2. 73 ± 0. 43)m/ s at the end of experiment. Conclusion The amplitude and velocity of action potential were impacted markedly by MMA. The low and moderate concentrate MMA could increase the amplitude in a short time, but it still decreased when the experiment continued. However,this phenomenon was not manifest in high concentrate. The impact on never would explain the reason why PVP relief pain.
