将微胶囊相变材料与水泥砂浆复配,考察了相变材料加入量对水泥砂浆相变潜热、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响,结果表明,在水泥、砂子和相变材料质量比为100∶160∶30条件下,水泥试块的相变潜热为32.5J? g -1,抗拉强度为12.5MPa,抗折强度为7.5MPa。对成型的相变水泥试块进行了30次的冻融实验,结果证明,经过20次冻融循环后,相变水泥砂浆的相变潜热为26.6J? g -1,经过30次冻融实验后水泥试块的相变潜热为24.2J? g -1,保温性能较好。
將微膠囊相變材料與水泥砂漿複配,攷察瞭相變材料加入量對水泥砂漿相變潛熱、抗壓彊度和抗摺彊度的影響,結果錶明,在水泥、砂子和相變材料質量比為100∶160∶30條件下,水泥試塊的相變潛熱為32.5J? g -1,抗拉彊度為12.5MPa,抗摺彊度為7.5MPa。對成型的相變水泥試塊進行瞭30次的凍融實驗,結果證明,經過20次凍融循環後,相變水泥砂漿的相變潛熱為26.6J? g -1,經過30次凍融實驗後水泥試塊的相變潛熱為24.2J? g -1,保溫性能較好。

Phase‐changed material is mixed with mortar to study how it influence the latent heat , tensile strength and bending strength of the mixed mortar .The results show that when the ratio between cement ,sand and phase‐changed material is 100∶160∶30 ,the latent heat ,tensile strength and bending strength of mortar is 32 .5 J? g -1 ,12 .5 MPa and 7 .5 MPa respectively .30‐time freeze thaw experiments indicate that the latent heat of phase‐changed material mortar is 26 .6 J? g -1 after testing 20 times , and reach up to 24 .2 J ? g -1 after 30 times , which demonstrate the better temperature saving performance .
