为了剖析高校女研究生就业存在的问题,采用整群抽样调查的方法对某地方高校近三年毕业的女研究生进行了全面调查。结果显示,女研究生就业期望不合理,就业技能薄弱,就业条件苛刻,职业规划缺乏,就业成本较高,就业市场狭窄。开拓高校女研究生就业市场,加大职业生涯指导教育,注重就业技能培养,营造创业氛围,构建有序就业环境是提升高校女研究生就业质量的有效途径。

In order to analyze problems of female graduate employment in University,we conducted a comprehensive survey for female graduate students nearly three years in a local university by cluster sam-pling survey.The results showed that,female graduate’s employment expectations is unreasonable,the em-ployment skills is weak,the employment conditions is harsh,the employment cost is high,the employment market is narrow and they are lack of occupation planning.Therefore,developing employment market of fe-male graduate,increasing the guidance education of occupation career,paying attention to the employment skills training,creating a business atmosphere,and building an orderly employment environment is an ef-fective way to improve the quality of employment of female graduates.
