This essay is concentrated on the analysis of the differences in the constitution and operation between the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and Hong Kong.The diversities in system design itself and the gap in current economic development level between the two areas demonstrate that Shanghai Free Trade Zone is not a simple replicate of Hong Kong on the one hand,and they are complementary to each other on the other hand.
