烧结保温砌块是一种优良的保温墙材，有着优良的力学和热工性能，气孔形状和孔洞率对烧结保温砌块的传热起着关键的影响，通过利用ansys软件模拟孔型的数量、形状以及导热肋的分布对墙体传热性能影响的研究表明：只有在导热肋的数量一样的情况下，随着孔数量的增加，墙体保温情况越好；采用长方形的气孔以及隔断导热肋的分布均有利于墙体保温。

Fired insulation block is an excellent thermal insulation wall materials,it has excellent mechanical and thermal property .Porosity and pore shape plays a crucial influence on the heat transfer of fired insulation block. In this article,we use Ansys software to simulate the impact of the number, shape of hole and rib distribution on wall’s heat transfer. The results show that when the rib number is the same, the wall insulation is better with the increasing number of holes; Rectangular hole and cutting off the rib distribution are conducive to the wall insulation.
