贯彻安全可靠、经济合理、技术先进、环境友好的技术原则,完成国家电网公司企业标准《特高强钢芯铝合金绞线》的制定工作。结合特高强钢芯铝合金绞线相应研究成果,从材料技术要求、绞线技术要求(包括主要参数)和试验技术要求3个方面解读主要条款的编制思路、基本原理以及注意事项。该标准额定拉断力计算方法安全可靠,符合我国目前绞线生产水平,有效地节约了社会资源,降低了工程建设成本;提出的G6A级别强度的镀锌钢线,可以有效地满足工程建设的需要,促进国内厂家生产技术水平的提高;对特高强钢芯铝合金绞线系列化规定,填补国内空白,可以有效地指导大跨越工程导线的设计选型。该标准的实施为指导特高强钢芯铝合金绞线工程应用提供重要依据。

To implement the engineering philosophy of security, reliability, reasonable economy, advanced technology and friendly environment, company standard of state grid,《Aluminum-alloy Conductor Ultra-High-Strength Steel Reinforced》, has been finished. A reading about the compiling thinking, basic principle and matters needing attention of the main clauses is given from three aspects:the technical requirements for materials and conductor and experimental requirements, combining with corresponding research results of aluminum-alloy conductor ultra-high-strength steel reinforced. The RTS calculation method in this standard is proved reliable and satisfies the need of the domestic conductor production level, saves social resources effectively and reduces the construction cost. The proposed G6A strength grade galvanized steel wire can effectively meet the needs of the engineering construction and promote the improvement of domestic manufacturers’ production technology. The serialization of aluminum-alloy conductor ultra-high-strength steel reinforced fills the domestic blank and effectively guides the design and selection of the overhead conductor. Implementation of the standard provides important basis to guide the large span engineering application of aluminum-alloy conductor ultra-high-strength steel reinforced.
