电动汽车产业的迅速发展,推动电动汽车智能充换电服务网络的建设与发展,但由于其条形码易磨损、难识别等的不足,制约充换电服务网络的服务效率,首先分析无线射频识别技术(radio frequency identification,RFID)技术的原理与优势,并结合充换电服务的实际需求,制定出全网统一的RFID编码规则;接着通过RFID编码标识资产,将RFID技术在充换电服务网络的库房管理、电池全寿命周期管理、充换电服务等环节进行应用研究,并完成基于运营监控系统和手持终端的相关功能研发;最后通过试点工程应用表明RFID技术能够显著提高充换电服务网络的服务效率,且具有推广价值。

The rapid development of electric vehicle industry has promoted the construction and development of smart charging/battery swap service network for electric vehicles, but due to its defect of the bar code such as easy to destroy and difficult to identify, the service efficiency of the network is restricted. First of all, the principle and advantage of RFID technology are analyzed, and then combining with the actual demand for charging/battery swap service, it defines an unified RFID encoding rule which is used to identify assets, and RFID technology is applied to warehouse management, battery life cycle management and charging/battery swap service in charging/battery swap service network, besides, relevant functions are also developed based on the operating and monitoring system and handheld terminal. Finally, the application of the pilot project shows that RFID technology can remarkably improve the service efficiency of the network and the approach has big value of popularization.
