功率器件作为电力电子器件的典型代表,在智能电网的相关设备中起着至关重要的作用。针对智能电网中所用的功率器件(绝缘栅双极晶体管(insulated-gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)、金属–氧化层半导体场效应晶体管(metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor,MOSFET))的动态参数测试过程中的栅极驱动要求,设计基于STC89C52单片机的脉冲逻辑信号发生器,该发生器可以根据测试所需输出单、双脉冲,并依据实测原件测试的需求调节脉冲宽度和脉冲间距。具体脉冲信号种类(单脉冲或双脉冲)、脉冲宽度可调,且精度能达到1μs,显示精度小于0.02μs;同时,可根据需要设定单次输出或周期性输出两种工作模式。实测结果表明,该脉冲发生器输出电压稳定性高、精确度高,具有很好的实用价值。

ABSTRACT:Power device, as a typical example of power electronic devices, plays a vital role in related equipment of the smart grid. To meet the requirements of gate driving of the insulated gate device (insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) for the dynamic parameters measurement in the smart grid, the pulse logic signal generator is designed based on STC89C52 microcontroller.According to the requirements of the measurement, the generator can provide single pulse or double pulse square waves, and for actual test condition, the pulse width and spacing can be adjusted .Specific pulse signal type (single or dual pulse) and pulse width can be adjusted, and the precision can reach to 1μs and the precision of displaying is less than 0.02μs. At the same time, according to the need, either single mode or periodic mode can be set up. The test results show that the pulse generator is designed to have high output voltage stability, high accuracy and has very good practical value.
