钳形铁芯电流互感器在进行电流测量时无须截断导线,操作方便,但开合气隙的存在将会导致测量准确度不高及重复性差的问题。从磁和电两方面构建等效模型,分析气隙对钳形电流传感头准确度造成影响的原因,综合分析气隙存在时提高钳形互感器准确度的方法,最后对钳形铁芯传感头的发展趋势及应用动态提出看法。

ABSTRACT:It is easy to operate for iron core clamp-shape current transformers in the current measurement without truncating wire. But the air-gap can lead to low accuracy and bad repetitiveness. So the equivalent model is constructed considering the two aspects of magnetic field and circuit, and the reason for air gap to influence the accuracy of clamp-shape current sensing head is analyzed. Then comprehensive analysis is given for the method to improve accuracy of clamp-shape current transformers when the air gap exists, and opinions on the development trend and application of iron core clamp-shape current sensing head are put forward.
