利用热压成型工艺制备了不同含量的碳纤维、铜颗粒增强聚甲醛复合材料,研究了碳纤维、铜颗粒含量对聚甲醛复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响规律及其磨损机制。结果表明,碳纤维、铜颗粒显著提高了聚甲醛的耐磨性,在0.628 m/s ,100 N实验条件下,碳纤维10%+铜颗粒10%构成的复合材料的磨损率最低,其磨损率比单独添加碳纤维10%降低了48.5%。摩擦表面形貌分析表明,添加铜颗粒使复合材料摩擦表面光滑,但却增大了摩擦系数。

이용열압성형공예제비료불동함량적탄섬유、동과립증강취갑철복합재료,연구료탄섬유、동과립함량대취갑철복합재료마찰마손성능적영향규률급기마손궤제。결과표명,탄섬유、동과립현저제고료취갑철적내마성,재0.628 m/s ,100 N실험조건하,탄섬유10%+동과립10%구성적복합재료적마손솔최저,기마손솔비단독첨가탄섬유10%강저료48.5%。마찰표면형모분석표명,첨가동과립사복합재료마찰표면광활,단각증대료마찰계수。
Polyformaldehyde composite material with different content of carbon fiber and copper particles is prepared by using hot‐pressing molding process ,and the tribological behavior and wear mechanisms of carbon fiber and copper particles to the polyformaldehyde composite are studied .The results show that the carbon fiber and copper particles can remarkably improve the wear resistance of polyoxymethylene .When the content of carbon fiber and copper particle quality are all 10% ,the wear rate of the composite was the lowest under 0 .628 m/s and 100 N experimental conditions ,which is reduced by 48 .5% .The analysis of friction surface show that the surface of the composite with copper particles is smoother but with bigger friction coefficient .
