针对限流装备投运前的过渡期,从运行调度优化的角度出发,提出一种考虑运行损耗,使用接线方式调整和优化发电机出力来控制故障电流幅值的限流方法。利用Python编写基于PSS/E软件的优化算法程序,案例分析在IEEE-25系统算例展开,结果表明所提方法和优化程序的有效性,同时指出:相较于电力电子或高温超导等限流装置,调度优化手段虽然在电网可靠性和运行损耗上付出些许代价,但或是一类经济、有效的综合手段。

In the transition period before the current limiting device is put into operation, from the perspective of operation scheduling optimization, a method for current limiting which uses connection mode adjustment and generation scheduling optimization to control the amplitude of fault current is proposed. An optimization algorithm routine based on PSS/E software is made by using Python. The case studies have been carried on IEEE-25 system and the simulation results show that the proposed methods and the optimization program are effective. It cannot be ignored that scheduling optimization is very economical and effective with comparison to the emerging means such as power electronics or high-temperature superconductor-based current limiting device although it might pay the price for system reliability and operating losses.
