高校青年教师作为地方高校生存发展的新生力量是决定地方院校发展壮大的关键因素,如何留住高素质人才已成为地方院校不得不高度重视的问题。本文通过对地方财经院校青年教师现状、存在的问题进行分析,试图针对性地提出几点有效的激励措施帮助高校更好地进行激励管理。

The young teachers in colleges and universities as a new force for the survival and development of local colleges and universi-ties is the key factor to decide the development and expansion of local colleges and universities. How to retain talents has become a must attach great importance to the problem of local colleges and universities. In this paper, through analyzing the present situation of young teachers in colleges of finance and economics, the analysis of existing problems, try to put forward some effective incentive measures to help college better incentive management.
