报道了水热法生长 RbBe2 BO 3 F2(RBBF)晶体的结果。在实验中以熔盐法 RBBF 碎晶料为培养料,分别以 Rb2 CO 3和 RbF 为矿化剂溶液,在生长温度 T =400℃~500℃,温差△T =10℃~30℃的条件下,生长出了 c 轴厚度超过5mm 的大尺寸的 RBBF 单晶。结合水热法生长工艺,描述了水热法 RBBF 晶体的形态,分析了水热法生长 RBBF 单晶的条件,研究了(0001)面的生长阶梯和凹坑等表面微形貌的形成机理。
報道瞭水熱法生長 RbBe2 BO 3 F2(RBBF)晶體的結果。在實驗中以鎔鹽法 RBBF 碎晶料為培養料,分彆以 Rb2 CO 3和 RbF 為礦化劑溶液,在生長溫度 T =400℃~500℃,溫差△T =10℃~30℃的條件下,生長齣瞭 c 軸厚度超過5mm 的大呎吋的 RBBF 單晶。結閤水熱法生長工藝,描述瞭水熱法 RBBF 晶體的形態,分析瞭水熱法生長 RBBF 單晶的條件,研究瞭(0001)麵的生長階梯和凹坑等錶麵微形貌的形成機理。

The result of growth of RbBe2 BO 3 F2 (RBBF)crystal by hydrothermal method has been reported in this article.RBBF moncrystal of a c-axis thickness up to 5mm has been grown out under a gowth temperature of 400~500℃ and a temperature difference of 10~30℃,using broken RBBF crystal material grown by molten salt method as compost and Rb2 CO 3 and RbF as mineralizer solution.The morphology of RBBF crystal grown by hydrothermal method is discribed through hydrothermal growth process,the conditions for the hydrothermal growth of RBBF monocrystal have been analysed and the formation mechanism of the surface micromorphology such as the growth ladder of (0001)face and growth pits has been studied.
