文章以127份珠三角中小民营企业企问卷为样本，结合社会关系网络的有关理论探索政府关系网络、创业导向与中小民营企业创新绩效之间的关系。通过软件SPSS16.0与LISREL8.7测算，结果显示政府关系网络对中小民营企业的创新绩效有负向影响，而创业导向正向显著地影响创新绩效，并正向调节政府关系网络与企业创新绩效的关系。
文章以127份珠三角中小民營企業企問捲為樣本，結閤社會關繫網絡的有關理論探索政府關繫網絡、創業導嚮與中小民營企業創新績效之間的關繫。通過軟件SPSS16.0與LISREL8.7測算，結果顯示政府關繫網絡對中小民營企業的創新績效有負嚮影響，而創業導嚮正嚮顯著地影響創新績效，併正嚮調節政府關繫網絡與企業創新績效的關繫。

Based on the survey of 127 small and medium-sized private enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and combining with the theory of social relation network,this paper explores the relations among government relation network,entrepreneur?ial orientation and innovation performance. The results,by applying the software SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.7,show that gov?ernment relation network has a negative impact on innovation performance of small and medium-sized private enterprises , but entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive impact on innovation performance and a positive adjustment on the re?lationship between government relation network and innovation performance.
