文章基于资源基础理论，运用一个内外部相结合的研究视角，探讨外部因素（制度）、政治关联之间的关系，揭示国有和民营企业寻求政治资源的不同过程，并阐述两类企业的内部因素（股权集中度）对上述关系的不同调节作用。我们发现，制度和政治关联对于国有企业呈现倒U关系，而民营企业负相关。进一步讲，国有企业股权集中度正向调节制度与政治关联的关系，而民营企业股权集中度呈现负向调节作用。

Based on resource based theory,this paper incorporates a combination of internal and external perspectives and ex?amines the relationship between external factor (institution) and political connections. It uncovers the different processes of pursuing political resources of SOEs and POEs,and the moderating effects that internal factor (ownership concentration) taken on the above relationships. We find an inverted U-shaped relationship between institutions and political connections for SOEs,whereas a negative one for POEs. Furthermore,the ownership concentration of SOEs positively moderates the relation?ship between institutions and political connections,whereas a negative moderating effect for POEs.
