Oral squamous-cell carcinoma (OSCC)%Dendritic cells(DCs) lymph nodes metastasis
目的::研究口腔鳞癌组织(OSCC)中树突状细胞(DCs)的浸润密度的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色S-P法检测S-100表达标记DCs,根据临床情况进行统计学分析。结果:OSCC中DCs浸润密度低于正常对照组(P=0.016),无转移组OSCC组织内DCs明显高于转移组,(P=0.010)。DCs浸润密度Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ级,(P=0.030)。结论:DCs浸润密度与OSCC分化程度及转移关系密切, DCs在抑制肿瘤肿瘤发展、转移中起到一定的作用。

목적::연구구강린암조직(OSCC)중수돌상세포(DCs)적침윤밀도적림상의의。방법:채용면역조직화학염색S-P법검측S-100표체표기DCs,근거림상정황진행통계학분석。결과:OSCC중DCs침윤밀도저우정상대조조(P=0.016),무전이조OSCC조직내DCs명현고우전이조,(P=0.010)。DCs침윤밀도Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ급,(P=0.030)。결론:DCs침윤밀도여OSCC분화정도급전이관계밀절, DCs재억제종류종류발전、전이중기도일정적작용。
Objective To investigate dendritic cells(DCs) infiltration to assess their significances in the metastasis and prognosis in the oral squamous-cell carcinoma(OSCC).MethodsImmunohistochemistry S-P method was adopted to identify DCs infiltration, S-100 protein was used to mark DCs.Results DCs infiltration in normal oral mucosa were significantly higher in OSCC ( P = 0.016). The density of DCs in the group with lymph nodes metastasis was clearly lower than in the group with no lymph nodes metastasis in OSCC (P=0.010). The density of DCs were obviously decreased along differentiation of tumor,Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ(P=0.030).Conclusion DCs infiltration was closely associated with tumor differentiation and lymph nodes metastasis, might inhibit the tumor progression and lymph nodes metastasis in OSCC.
