目的：：探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2008年12月至2014年12月经手术治疗80例肾上腺肿瘤患者，分为研究组和对照组各40例，分别进行后腹腔镜手术和开放手术，记录两组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、进食时间、住院天数及术后并发症。结果：研究组患者在手术时间，术中出血量，切口长度、术后并发症发生率等方面均少于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤创伤小、恢复快、是治疗肾上腺肿瘤的首选手术方式。
목적：：탐토후복강경수술치료신상선종류적림상료효。방법：회고성분석2008년12월지2014년12월경수술치료80례신상선종류환자，분위연구조화대조조각40례，분별진행후복강경수술화개방수술，기록량조적수술시간、술중출혈량、절구장도、진식시간、주원천수급술후병발증。결과：연구조환자재수술시간，술중출혈량，절구장도、술후병발증발생솔등방면균소우대조조，조간비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：후복강경수술치료신상선종류창상소、회복쾌、시치료신상선종류적수선수술방식。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods 80 patients with adrenal tumors were selected from December 2008 to December 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The patients in the control group taken open operation.The observation group were used retroperitoneoscopy operation. The operation time,amount of bleeding, incision length,condition after operation and hospitalization time of patients in two groups were recorded and compared.Results The operation time,amount of bleeding,incision length and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were obviously less than those of the control group.The drainage tube indwelling condition after operation was significantly better than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for small adrenal tumors trauma, quicker recovery, is the preferred treatment of adrenal tumors surgery.
