目的：观察活血苦参汤坐浴治疗血栓外痔的临床疗效。方法将120例血栓外痔患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例，对照组60例，治疗组采用中药活血苦参汤坐浴治疗，对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗，对比观察两组患者疗效，治疗后疼痛评分、疼痛完全缓解时间及血栓痔核完全消失时间。结果治疗组治愈有效率、坐浴后肛周疼痛评分、坐浴后肛周疼痛完全缓解及肛门部血栓痔核完全消失时间，与对照组相比具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论活血苦参汤坐浴治疗血栓外痔优于传统的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。
목적：관찰활혈고삼탕좌욕치료혈전외치적림상료효。방법장120례혈전외치환자수궤분위량조，치료조60례，대조조60례，치료조채용중약활혈고삼탕좌욕치료，대조조채용고맹산갑용액좌욕치료，대비관찰량조환자료효，치료후동통평분、동통완전완해시간급혈전치핵완전소실시간。결과치료조치유유효솔、좌욕후항주동통평분、좌욕후항주동통완전완해급항문부혈전치핵완전소실시간，여대조조상비구유통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론활혈고삼탕좌욕치료혈전외치우우전통적고맹산갑용액좌욕。
Objective To explore the curative effect of hip bath of Huoxuekushen decoction treatment in patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods120 cases of thrombotic external hemorrhoids were retrospectively divided into the study group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group was treated by hip bath of Huoxuekushen decoction, and the control group was treated by liquor potassic permanganate. The curative effect, pain score after treatment, the time of total pain relief, and the extinction time of thrombotic hemorrhoids were compared.Results The Cure rate, the time of total pain relief, and the extinction time of thrombotic hemorrhoids between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Hip bath of Huoxuekushen decoction treatment in patients with thrombotic external is better than liquor potassic permanganate.
