为满足现今社会对复合应用型人才的需要，改善特色应用型本科院校中普遍存在的大学英语与专业英语教学相互分离的现状，本课题提出了大学英语与专业英语相融合的教学改革模式，并在牡丹江医学院2012级学生中进行大学英语同医学英语相融合的教学改革与实践，通过改革课程设置、培养模式及评价体系等，在有限的学时内提高医学生对医学英语的应用能力，满足医学生未来工作和科研的英语需要，做好复合应用型医学人才的外语培养工作。

To meet the needs of the community for composite applications talents,and deal with the phase separation between the GEP and ESP teaching in the applied undergraduate university,this paper puts forward the teaching reform mode of combination of GEP and ESP and carries out teaching reform and practice of college English with medical English integration in the students of grade 2012 in Mudanjiang medical college.Through the reform of curriculum,training mode and evaluation system,etc,help medical students to improve the applied ability of medical English in short times,meet their future work and scientific research needs,do a good job of foreign language training of compound applied medical talents.
