目的:探讨大剂量山莨菪碱联合乌司他丁治疗重症胰腺炎(SAP)的效果。方法取健康成年大鼠90只,依据随机数字表法分为对照组1(SAP组)、对照组2(SAP+乌司他丁治疗组)和观察组(SAP+大剂量山莨菪碱+乌司他丁治疗组),每组各30只。结果采用大剂量山莨菪碱联合乌司他丁治疗的观察组SAP大鼠血清淀粉酶、磷脂酶A2及内毒素水平低于对照组,3d存活率(73.33%)明显高于对照组;对照组2血清淀粉酶、磷脂酶A2及内毒素水平明显低于对照组1(P<0.05)。结论大剂量山莨菪碱联合乌司他丁治疗SAP,能有效松弛Oddi括约肌,抑制蛋白酶反应,抑制炎性介质表达,延长SAP存活期。

목적:탐토대제량산랑탕감연합오사타정치료중증이선염(SAP)적효과。방법취건강성년대서90지,의거수궤수자표법분위대조조1(SAP조)、대조조2(SAP+오사타정치료조)화관찰조(SAP+대제량산랑탕감+오사타정치료조),매조각30지。결과채용대제량산랑탕감연합오사타정치료적관찰조SAP대서혈청정분매、린지매A2급내독소수평저우대조조,3d존활솔(73.33%)명현고우대조조;대조조2혈청정분매、린지매A2급내독소수평명현저우대조조1(P<0.05)。결론대제량산랑탕감연합오사타정치료SAP,능유효송이Oddi괄약기,억제단백매반응,억제염성개질표체,연장SAP존활기。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of high doses of anisodamine combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods 90 healthy adult rats were divided into 3 groups according to random number table:the control group 1 (SAP),the control group 2 (SAP rats treated by ulinastatin) and the observation group (SAP rats treated by ulinastatin and high doses of anisodamine),30 rats in each group.Results The level of serum amylase,phospholipase A2 and endotoxin lower in the observation group using high doses of anisodamine combined with ulinastatin than that in the control group,the survival rate on the third day was 73.33%,was significantly higher than that in the control group.The level of serum amylase,phospholipase A2 and endotoxin significantly was lower the control group 2 than that in the control group 1 (P<0.05).Conclusion The high dosage of anisodamine combined with ulinastatin on SAP,can effectively loose sphincter of Oddi,inhibit the protease reaction,inhibit the expression of inflammatory mediators, prolong the survival period of SAP.
