随着我国高等教育的不断发展，校友规模得以不断扩大，已成为一笔相当可观的宝贵资源。通过调查问卷实践，分析探讨了校友资源对于母校的重要作用和重大意义。校友资源是在校生的好榜样和活教材；能够开拓办学资源、拓展教学空间；能够反馈教学理念和教学方法。提出拓展校友资源利用的途径，构建完善的校友网络体系；构建校友文化，探索校友资源新内涵。

With the continuous development of higher education in China ,the alumni scale has been growing increasingly ,and alumni has become a kind of valuable resource .Through questionnaire practice ,this paper discusses and studies the important influence and great sig‐nificance of alumni resources to universities and colleges .Alumni resources are good exam‐ples and teaching materials for on‐campus students ,and they can facilitate school‐running re‐sources development , expand teaching space and give feedback on teaching concepts and methods .In this paper ,the author brings forward the approaches to develop the utilization of alumni resources ,calls for the construction of a sound alumni network and alumni cul‐ture ,and makes a preliminary exploration in the new meaning of alumni resources .
