Thymopentin%derivedpeptides%bactericidal activity
目的:研究胸腺五肽及其衍生肽在体外对不同细菌的杀菌活性。方法:根据胸腺五肽结构分别设计合成4种衍生肽如下:①胸腺五肽P5;②直肽链P10;③直肽链P12;④环肽P环。采用琼脂铺板计数法,测定衍生肽的杀菌活性。结果:P5、P10、P12对G+菌和G-菌有一定杀菌活性,其杀菌活性由强到弱依次为P12>P10=P5,P环没有杀菌活性。结论:胸腺五肽及其衍生肽P5、P10、P12对G+菌和G-菌有较弱的杀菌活性,P12环经过修饰成环状后,无杀菌活性,这可能与其疏水性和分子结构有关系。

목적:연구흉선오태급기연생태재체외대불동세균적살균활성。방법:근거흉선오태결구분별설계합성4충연생태여하:①흉선오태P5;②직태련P10;③직태련P12;④배태P배。채용경지포판계수법,측정연생태적살균활성。결과:P5、P10、P12대G+균화G-균유일정살균활성,기살균활성유강도약의차위P12>P10=P5,P배몰유살균활성。결론:흉선오태급기연생태P5、P10、P12대G+균화G-균유교약적살균활성,P12배경과수식성배상후,무살균활성,저가능여기소수성화분자결구유관계。
Objective To study the bactericidal activity of Thymopentin peptide and its derived peptides in vitro.Methods According to the amino acid sequence of Thymopentin,four peptides were synthesized respectively as fellow:①Thymopentin P5;②Straight peptide P10;③Straight peptideP12;④Ring peptide Pring,.The bactericidal activity was determined by agar plating-method.Results P5、P10、P12 possessed bactericidal activity against G+and G-bacteria,its bactericidal activity from strong to weak was P12>P10=P5. Pringhave no bactericidal activity.Conclusion Thymopentin peptide and its derived peptides P5、P10、P12 possess weak bactericidal activity against G+and G- bacteria .Pringhave no bactericidal activity.It’s bactericidal activity is related to hydrophobicity in the peptide molecule.
