产后出血仍然是目前产科主要的并发症及孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一。本文通过对2011-2014年中英文数据库收录相关文献的检索，同时结合目前产科临床护理工作，探讨产后出血有效的预防及护理措施，总结切实可行的临床护理经验，以降低产妇产后出血的发生率及死亡率，从而提高产科护理服务质量。

Postpartum hemorrhage is still a major current obstetrics complication and a leading cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. This paper retrieved the related contents in databases both Chinese and English from 2011 to 2014 combined with the current clinical nursing in the department Obstetrics to explore effective prevention and nursing measures of postpartum hemorrhage,and to summarize the practical nursing experience to reduce the incidence and mortality of Postpartum hemorrhage,so as to improve the quality of obstetric nursing care services.
