目的：探讨基层医院无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效分析比较。方法：选取76例腹外斜疝患者，分别进行无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术。结果：无张力疝修补术所需要的时间、术后住院时间、疼痛持续时间优于对照组，同时疼痛发生率、并发症率、1年内复发率也低于对照组，两组患者的治疗效果比较具有明显差异，P<0.05。结论：基层医院在治疗腹股沟斜疝时，可以采用无张力疝修补术进行手术治疗，能有效改善患者治疗效果，提高预后质量，获得非常理想的治疗效果，值得在临床上大力推广。
목적：탐토기층의원무장력산수보술여전통산수보술치료복고구사산적림상료효분석비교。방법：선취76례복외사산환자，분별진행무장력산수보술여전통산수보술。결과：무장력산수보술소수요적시간、술후주원시간、동통지속시간우우대조조，동시동통발생솔、병발증솔、1년내복발솔야저우대조조，량조환자적치료효과비교구유명현차이，P<0.05。결론：기층의원재치료복고구사산시，가이채용무장력산수보술진행수술치료，능유효개선환자치료효과，제고예후질량，획득비상이상적치료효과，치득재림상상대력추엄。
