目的：观察益气活血方治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后再发心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将76例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各38例，两组均给予规范的西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用益气活血方口服，疗程14 d。结果治疗后两组心绞痛发作次数和持续时间明显优于治疗前(P<0.01)，心电图改善情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗组心绞痛持续时间及中医证候疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗基础上加用益气活血方能缩短冠心病 PCI术后患者再发心绞痛持续时间，改善临床症状，且有较好的安全性。
목적：관찰익기활혈방치료관심병경피관상동맥개입치료(PCI)술후재발심교통환자적림상료효。방법장76례부합납입표준적환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，각38례，량조균급여규범적서약치료，치료조재차기출상가용익기활혈방구복，료정14 d。결과치료후량조심교통발작차수화지속시간명현우우치료전(P<0.01)，심전도개선정황무통계학의의(P>0.05)；치료조심교통지속시간급중의증후료효여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재서약치료기출상가용익기활혈방능축단관심병 PCI술후환자재발심교통지속시간，개선림상증상，차유교호적안전성。
Objective To observe the clinical effect on Yiqi Huoxue decoction(YHD)in the treatment of recurrent angina with coronary heart disease (CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Seventy six patients with recurrent angina after PCI were randomly divided into two groups:Control group (n=38)treated with routine western medicine treatment,and treatment group (n=38)treated with routine western medicine treatment plus YHD for 14 days.Results The frequency and time of angina were better than before treatment in both groups (P<0.01),and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndromes and du-ration of angina in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion YHD could shorten duration of recurrent angina in patients after PCI,improve the clinical symptoms,and had good safety.
