采用传输矩阵法理论,研究缺陷参量对光子晶体缺陷模奇偶性的调制作用,结果表明:缺陷数目的奇偶性可调节缺陷模数目的奇偶性,而且缺陷模数目及其奇偶性与缺陷数目的奇偶性一一对应;缺陷周期数、缺陷厚度的奇偶性能调节缺陷模的奇偶性,但缺陷模数目与缺陷周期数、缺陷厚度不存在一一对应关系;缺陷折射率变化对缺陷模数目的奇偶性不产生影响,但可调制缺陷模所处的频率位置和透射率。
採用傳輸矩陣法理論,研究缺陷參量對光子晶體缺陷模奇偶性的調製作用,結果錶明:缺陷數目的奇偶性可調節缺陷模數目的奇偶性,而且缺陷模數目及其奇偶性與缺陷數目的奇偶性一一對應;缺陷週期數、缺陷厚度的奇偶性能調節缺陷模的奇偶性,但缺陷模數目與缺陷週期數、缺陷厚度不存在一一對應關繫;缺陷摺射率變化對缺陷模數目的奇偶性不產生影響,但可調製缺陷模所處的頻率位置和透射率。
채용전수구진법이론,연구결함삼량대광자정체결함모기우성적조제작용,결과표명:결함수목적기우성가조절결함모수목적기우성,이차결함모수목급기기우성여결함수목적기우성일일대응;결함주기수、결함후도적기우성능조절결함모적기우성,단결함모수목여결함주기수、결함후도불존재일일대응관계;결함절사솔변화대결함모수목적기우성불산생영향,단가조제결함모소처적빈솔위치화투사솔。
Modulation of defect parameters on the parity of the photonic crystal defect mode is studied by ap-plying transfer matrix method.The results show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the parity number of defect mode and the parity of the number of defects, the parity of the number of defects is equal with the parity number of defects mode;the parity number of defects mode changes with the number of defects period and the defect thickness, but the number of them does not equal with each other.The parity number of defects mode does not change with the refractive index of the defects, but can modulate the frequency and the transmittance of the position of defect mode.These properties can provide positive guidance for design of the transfer channel optical filter and the optical switch devices of photonic crystals.
