依据近11年的统计数据分析，采用粮食比重指标对中国粮食生产的区域格局变化特征进行探讨。研究表明：中国粮食产量总体呈增长态势，粮食生产重心进一步由南方向北方转移和由华东、华南、西南地区向东北、华北地区、西北地区推移，东北和华北地区成为中国粮食生产新的增长中心，东北地区将成为21世纪中国粮食增产最具潜力的地区。为确保东北商品粮基地粮食产能持续增长，该文构建了东北商品粮基地土地保障关键技术集成体系，对于提升东北商品粮基地土地保障整体技术水平和粮食产能效以及保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。

According to statistical materials in recent 10a, using grain proportion index, regional pattern changes of grain produc-tion in China was discussed. The study showed that China's grain production kept increasing as a whole. Main gain production cen-ters have been moving from the south to the north and from the east to the central in the last decade, so that the north and cen-tral areas become new grain production centers for the future Chi-na. From a long-term trend, The Northeast Area of grain produc-tion in twenty-first Century will become the most potential area China. To ensure that the commodity grain base in Northeast Chi-na grain production capacity continues to grow, this paper con-structs the commodity grain base in Northeast China land security key technology integration system. The study is helpful to the pro-motion of the commodity grain base land security and the overall technological level of grain production capacity and efficiency, to ensure national food security.
