根据健美操动作学习各阶段所特有的动作表现特征,在健美操普修课的教学过程中对实验班的教学课施加练习结构的调整,并对学习效果和问卷调查所得数据进行研究。实验结果表明调整练习结构后对提高健美操教学效果有积极作用,并间接提高了学生的自我效能感和调整学生课堂上心境变化。
根據健美操動作學習各階段所特有的動作錶現特徵,在健美操普脩課的教學過程中對實驗班的教學課施加練習結構的調整,併對學習效果和問捲調查所得數據進行研究。實驗結果錶明調整練習結構後對提高健美操教學效果有積極作用,併間接提高瞭學生的自我效能感和調整學生課堂上心境變化。

According to action performance characteristics of aerobics action in different stages of the learning,we adjust practice structure of teaching class in the experimental class aerobics common course, and learn about their effect and the data from questionnaire survey for research.The experimental results show that adjusting the structure of practice has positive role to improve the effect of aerobics teaching,and indirectly improves the students’self-efficacy and adjust their mood changes in the class.
