目的::探讨麻醉前应用新型抗胆碱药物长托宁(盐酸戊乙奎醚)对失血大鼠肠系膜微循环改变的影响。方法:4月龄 SD大鼠14只,随机分为长托宁组和对照组(n均=7),分别于5%水合氯醛麻醉前腹腔注射长托宁和生理盐水(0.17ml/100g),麻醉30min后行颈总动脉插管及腹腔侧切口暴露肠系膜,放血前和放血至动脉压恒定于60mmHg时观测两组大鼠肠系膜微血管口径及血液流速,统计学分析比较组间微血管收缩率和微血流速度。结果:失血可致肠系膜微血管显著收缩,血流速度明显减慢,长托宁组大鼠微血管收缩率及血液流速减缓率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉前长托宁干预能有效改善大鼠失血性肠系膜微循环障碍。
目的::探討痳醉前應用新型抗膽堿藥物長託寧(鹽痠戊乙奎醚)對失血大鼠腸繫膜微循環改變的影響。方法:4月齡 SD大鼠14隻,隨機分為長託寧組和對照組(n均=7),分彆于5%水閤氯醛痳醉前腹腔註射長託寧和生理鹽水(0.17ml/100g),痳醉30min後行頸總動脈插管及腹腔側切口暴露腸繫膜,放血前和放血至動脈壓恆定于60mmHg時觀測兩組大鼠腸繫膜微血管口徑及血液流速,統計學分析比較組間微血管收縮率和微血流速度。結果:失血可緻腸繫膜微血管顯著收縮,血流速度明顯減慢,長託寧組大鼠微血管收縮率及血液流速減緩率均明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。結論:痳醉前長託寧榦預能有效改善大鼠失血性腸繫膜微循環障礙。
목적::탐토마취전응용신형항담감약물장탁저(염산무을규미)대실혈대서장계막미순배개변적영향。방법:4월령 SD대서14지,수궤분위장탁저조화대조조(n균=7),분별우5%수합록철마취전복강주사장탁저화생리염수(0.17ml/100g),마취30min후행경총동맥삽관급복강측절구폭로장계막,방혈전화방혈지동맥압항정우60mmHg시관측량조대서장계막미혈관구경급혈액류속,통계학분석비교조간미혈관수축솔화미혈류속도。결과:실혈가치장계막미혈관현저수축,혈류속도명현감만,장탁저조대서미혈관수축솔급혈액류속감완솔균명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:마취전장탁저간예능유효개선대서실혈성장계막미순배장애。
Objective:To explore the effect of a new anticholinergic drug penehyclidine hydrochloride used as preanesthetic medication on mesenteric microcirculation of rats during bleeding.Method:Fourteen SD rats (4 months)were divided into penehyclidine group and control group.Before the general anesthesia with 5% chloral hy-drate,0.17ml/100g of normal saline or penehyclidine hydrochloride was peritoneally injected into the rats.Thirty minutes after the general anesthesia,carotid-arterial-intubation surgery was performed and mesenteric microcircula-tion was exposed and observed under the microscope.The diameters of mesenteric microvessels,the blood flow ve-locity and status were recorded before and after bloodletting until blood pressure decreased to 60 mmHg.The con-traction rate of the microvessels and reduction rate of the blood flow velocity were calculated and compared statisti-cally.Results:Hemorrhage resulted in significant vasoconstriction of the mesenteric microvessels and decreased blood flow velocity.Penehyclidine hydrochloride injection before anesthesia significantly attenuated these changes (P<0. 05).Conclusion:Penehyclidine hydrochloride used as preanesthetic medication could improve mesenteric microcircu-lation during bleeding in rats.
