目的:观察三七乳香合剂(Sanqiruxiang composition,SQRXC)的镇痛抗炎作用。方法Wistar 大鼠,雌雄兼有50只,昆明小鼠,雌雄兼有180只,热板法镇痛实验选取雌性小鼠80只,分为空白对照组、阳性对照药组、SQRXC 低剂量组、SQRXC 中剂量组和 SQRXC 高剂量组,观察痛阈值。扭体法镇痛实验,选择小鼠50只,雌性各半,分组同热板法镇痛实验,观察各组潜伏期、扭体次数和镇痛百分率。二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀抗炎实验,选择小鼠50只,雌雄兼有,分组同热板法镇痛实验,观察小鼠耳肿胀度、肿胀抑制率。角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀抗炎实验,选取大鼠50只,分组同热板法镇痛实验,观察大鼠足掌肿胀度和肿胀抑制率。跌打丸作为阳性对照药物。结果SQRXC 可以显著提高实验小鼠的热痛阈(P <0.05),明显降低小鼠扭体反应次数和扭体反应动物数(P <0.05)。对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀和二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀均有显著抑制作用(P <0.05或<0.01)。结论SQRXC 具有很好的镇痛抗炎作用。

목적:관찰삼칠유향합제(Sanqiruxiang composition,SQRXC)적진통항염작용。방법Wistar 대서,자웅겸유50지,곤명소서,자웅겸유180지,열판법진통실험선취자성소서80지,분위공백대조조、양성대조약조、SQRXC 저제량조、SQRXC 중제량조화 SQRXC 고제량조,관찰통역치。뉴체법진통실험,선택소서50지,자성각반,분조동열판법진통실험,관찰각조잠복기、뉴체차수화진통백분솔。이갑분치소서이종창항염실험,선택소서50지,자웅겸유,분조동열판법진통실험,관찰소서이종창도、종창억제솔。각차채치대서족종창항염실험,선취대서50지,분조동열판법진통실험,관찰대서족장종창도화종창억제솔。질타환작위양성대조약물。결과SQRXC 가이현저제고실험소서적열통역(P <0.05),명현강저소서뉴체반응차수화뉴체반응동물수(P <0.05)。대각차채효소치대서족종창화이갑분소치소서이종창균유현저억제작용(P <0.05혹<0.01)。결론SQRXC 구유흔호적진통항염작용。
[Abstract ] Objective To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Sanqiruxiang composition (SQRXC).Methods Fifty Wistar rats (both males and females)and 180 Kunming mice (both males and females)were enrolled in the study.Hot plate procedure analgesia test:80 female mice were divided into blank control group,positive control group,low-dose SQRXC group,median-dose SQRXC group and high-dose SQRXC group,then the pain threshold value was observed.The writhing body procedure analgesia test:50 mice (25 males and 25 females )were divided into 5 groups,the grouping was the same as that of hot plate procedure analgesia test,and the latency period,writhing body number of times and analgesia percentage were observed for different groups.The dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling test:50 mice (both males and females )were divided into 5 groups,the grouping was the same as that of hot plate procedure analgesia test,and the ear swelling degree,swelling inhibition rate were observed.The anti-inflammatory test in carrageenan-induced foot sole swelling of rats:50 rats were divided into 5 groups,the grouping was the same as that of hot plate procedure analgesia test,the swelling degree of food pad and swelling inhibition rate were observed.Dieda pill was used as positive control drug.Results SQRXC could significantly increase the hot pain threshold of experimental mice (P <0.05 ),and could obviously decrease the frequency of writhing body response and numbers of mice with writhing body response (P <0.05).SQRXC could also inhibit dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling and carrageenan-induced foot pad swelling (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion SQRXC has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
