目的：观察阿维A联合匹多莫德治疗多发性尖锐湿疣（ MCA）的临床效果。方法：选取174例已确诊的MCA患者，随机分为A、B、C三组各58例，A组给予CO2激光常规治疗，B组在常规治疗基础上联合阿维A治疗，而C组在常规治疗基础上加用阿维A联合匹多莫德颗粒剂治疗，记录分析三组治疗结束后的疗效，治疗后1、2、6个月的复发率，激光治疗后创面愈合时间以及三组并发症的发生情况。结果：治疗结束后，C组无论是在痊愈率、MCA复发情况还是手术创口愈合时间上均明显优于A、B两组（P 均＜0．05），而B组在痊愈率、MCA 复发情况还是手术创口愈合时间上均明显优于A组；同时在严重并发症的发生上，三组差别不明显。结论：在阿维A联合匹多莫德辅助下运用常规治疗的方法对MCA疗效好、复发率低、严重并发症发生少，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰아유A연합필다막덕치료다발성첨예습우（ MCA）적림상효과。방법：선취174례이학진적MCA환자，수궤분위A、B、C삼조각58례，A조급여CO2격광상규치료，B조재상규치료기출상연합아유A치료，이C조재상규치료기출상가용아유A연합필다막덕과립제치료，기록분석삼조치료결속후적료효，치료후1、2、6개월적복발솔，격광치료후창면유합시간이급삼조병발증적발생정황。결과：치료결속후，C조무론시재전유솔、MCA복발정황환시수술창구유합시간상균명현우우A、B량조（P 균＜0．05），이B조재전유솔、MCA 복발정황환시수술창구유합시간상균명현우우A조；동시재엄중병발증적발생상，삼조차별불명현。결론：재아유A연합필다막덕보조하운용상규치료적방법대MCA료효호、복발솔저、엄중병발증발생소，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the effect of Avi A combined with pidotimod on treatment of the mul-tiple condyloma acuminatum ( MCA).Methods:174 cases of MCA patients were chosed , randomly divided into 3 groups, group A(n=58) received CO2 laser conventional therapy and group B (n=58) got the Avi A treatment on the basis of conventional therapy ,while group C ( n=58) had the Avi A combined with pidoti-mod granules on the basis of conventional therapy .The curative effect, recurernce rate,wound healing time and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared after treatment .Result:The rate of recovery in group C was higher than the other 2 groups after the treatment , while the recurernce rate was lower and heal-ing time was shorter .Compared with group A ,the rate of recovery in group B was higher ,the recurernce rate and wound healing time were lower (P<0.05).The 3 groups had little difference in the incidence of compli-cations ( P>0.05) .Conclusion:Avi A combined with pidotimod on treatment of MCA can reduce the rate of recurrence , get a better effect and has no serious adverse reactions .It is worth promoting .
