目的：观察社区获得性肺炎患者（ CAP ）红细胞沉降率、血浆纤维蛋白原、C－反应蛋白水平变化，并探讨其临床意义。方法：选择本院于2012年8月至2014年6月收治的社区获得性肺炎患者70例作为研究对象，作为观察组，同期体检健康人员70例作为对照组，测定并比较治疗前、后两组红细胞沉降率、血浆纤维蛋白原、C－反应蛋白水平差异，并比较观察组重度CAP 患者与非重度CAP 患者三种检测指标水平差异。结果：70例社区获得性肺炎患者均治愈出院，观察组治疗前ESR、FIB、CRP水平分别为（39．7±9．9）mm／h、（6．9±1．1）g／L、（57．9±17．8）mg／L，均高于对照组，P＜0．05。治愈出院时两组比较无明显差异，P＞0．05．重度组治疗前ESR、FIB、CRP 水平均高于非重度CAP 患者，P＜0．05，治愈后两组无统计学差异，P＞0．05。结论：社区获得性肺炎患者红细胞沉降率、血浆纤维蛋白原、C－反应蛋白水平显著升高，且重度患者其升高愈显著，测定该三类指标有助于诊断及病情评估，具有重要临床价值。

목적：관찰사구획득성폐염환자（ CAP ）홍세포침강솔、혈장섬유단백원、C－반응단백수평변화，병탐토기림상의의。방법：선택본원우2012년8월지2014년6월수치적사구획득성폐염환자70례작위연구대상，작위관찰조，동기체검건강인원70례작위대조조，측정병비교치료전、후량조홍세포침강솔、혈장섬유단백원、C－반응단백수평차이，병비교관찰조중도CAP 환자여비중도CAP 환자삼충검측지표수평차이。결과：70례사구획득성폐염환자균치유출원，관찰조치료전ESR、FIB、CRP수평분별위（39．7±9．9）mm／h、（6．9±1．1）g／L、（57．9±17．8）mg／L，균고우대조조，P＜0．05。치유출원시량조비교무명현차이，P＞0．05．중도조치료전ESR、FIB、CRP 수평균고우비중도CAP 환자，P＜0．05，치유후량조무통계학차이，P＞0．05。결론：사구획득성폐염환자홍세포침강솔、혈장섬유단백원、C－반응단백수평현저승고，차중도환자기승고유현저，측정해삼류지표유조우진단급병정평고，구유중요림상개치。
Objective:To observe the changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),plasma fibrino-gen (FIB) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with community acquired pneumonia , and discuss its clinical significance .Methods:70 cases patients with community acquired pneumonia treated in the hospital in Aug.2013 to Jun.2014 were selected as the observation group , 70 cases of healthy personsw were acted control group .The level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate , plasma fibrinogen , C-reactive protein were deter-mined and compared before and after treatment in two groups , and compared the difference between severe CAP patients with non severe CAP patients in the observation group ,then discussed .Result:70 cases of com-munity acquired pneumonia patients were cured , ESR, FIB, CRP levels in the observation group were (39. 7 ±9.9) mm/h, (6.9 ±1.1) g/L, (57.9 ±17.8) mg/L before treatment, which were higher than those in control group, P<0.05.When cured there was no significant difference between the two groups , P>0.05. ESR, FIB, CRP levels of severe group before treatment were higher than patients with non severe CAP , P<0.05,there was no significant difference between two groups when cured , P>0.05.Conclusion: Erythrocyte sedimentation rate ,plasma fibrinogen and C-reactive protein level of pneumonia patients are significantly in-creased, and in severe patients the rise is more significantly, the determination of the three types of indica-tors is helpful in the diagnosis and severity assessment ,so it has important value .
