目的 测定改性壳聚糖麻油蜂蜡海绵的物理性质评估其保湿性,观察其促进创面愈合的效果并探讨其机制.方法 分别测定纱布(A)、改性壳聚糖麻油蜂蜡无纺布(B)、改性壳聚糖海绵(C)、改性壳聚糖麻油蜂蜡海绵(D)4种敷料的吸水、失水、透气速率,并计算吸水率及水蒸气透过率(WVTR).将12只SD大鼠背部两侧对称部位造成两个全层皮肤缺损创面,随机分组,并分别用A、B、C、D4种敷料每隔2d换药,于第1、7、14、21天计算创面愈合率及CD31的表达.结果 改性壳聚糖麻油蜂蜡海绵的吸水率为自身重量的111%,吸水速率及失水速率稳定持久;水蒸气透过率(WVTR)为1 080.82 g/(m2·d),保湿性良好,透气性欠佳.D组创面愈合率在第14、21天为(80.99±3.06)%、(97.59±1.00)%,与其他各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组毛细血管密度第7天与B、C两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第14、21天与其他各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改性壳聚糖麻油蜂蜡海绵具有良好的保湿性,能够促进创面愈合及创面组织中CD31的表达,有利于创面新生血管的生长.

Objective By measuring the physical properties of modified-chitosan spong dressing composited with beewax-sesameoil to assess its moisturizing properties,and observe its effect promoting wound healing and explore its mechanism.Methods Water absorption,dehydration,and permeability rate of gauze (A),modified-chitosan non-woven fabric composited with beewax-sesameoil (B),modified-chitosan sponge (C),and modified-chitosan spong dressing composited with beewax-sesameoil (D) were measured,and water absorption rate and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) were calculated.Two full-thickness skin wounds were created on the back of the 12 SD rats each bilaterally and symmetrically,and were divided into two groups randomly,the first group on the left provides wound rats in group A (NS gauze group),the right of the wound for group B (modified-chitosan non-woven fabric composited with beewax-sesameoil group),the left side of the wound for the second group of rats in group C (modified-chitosan sponge group),the right of the wound for D group (modified-Chitosan spong dressing composited with beewax-sesameoil group).After dressing process modeling conducted every two days,the wound healing rate and CD31 expression with the first,7th,14th,21th day.Results Modified-Chitosan spong dressing composited with beewax-sesameoil showed a water absorption 111% of its own weight.Its water absorption rate and loss rate is stable and lasting;Water vapor transmission rate (WVTR)is 1 080.82 g/(m2·d).Its moisture resistance is good,but its breathability is unsatisfactory.The wound healing rate of group D was (80.99 ± 3.06) %,(97.59 ± 1.00) % at 14th,21th day.There was significant difference with other groups.At 14th and 21th days,the wound healing rate of group D were better than other groups.There were no significant differences in capillary density between group D and B,C group at 7th day.At 14th and 21th days,the capillary density of group D were significant differences with other groups.Conclusion Modified-chitosan spong dressing composited with beewax-sesameoil with good moisture resistance,can promote wound healing and wound tissue expression of CD31,is conducive to the growth of new blood vessels wounds.
