目的 评价一种新型读写电子助视器在低视力患者近视力康复中的应用价值.方法 临床病例对照研究.对2013年1月至2014年9月在深圳市眼科医院就诊的两眼最佳矫正远视力均<0.3且≥0.05低视力患者30例(60只眼),分别检查其在不使用及使用读写电子助视器(专利号:ZL200720120147.X)时近视力,并分别记录30 cm阅读距离时单、双眼使用该读写电子助视器阅读宋体5号字时的阅读成功率及阅读速度.结果 使用读写电子助视器前近视力:9只眼近视力<0.1且≥0.05,51只眼近视力<0.3且≥0.1.使用读写电子助视器后近视力:5只眼近视力<0.5且≥0.3,55只眼近视力≤1.0且≥0.5.按康复近视力达到0.5以上为阅读成功标准,此组患者使用读写电子助视器后阅读成功率为91.67% (55/60).实际上有57只眼可在30 cm距离阅读宋体5号字.30 cm距离单眼阅读速度(98.45±42.43)字/min,双眼阅读速度(121.60±50.88)字/min,单眼与双眼阅读速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 读写电子助视器有助于提高低视力患者的近视力,改善阅读能力,应鼓励低视力患者选择及使用适宜的助视装置.

Objective To assess the application of the neo-reading and writing (RW) electronic visual aid (Patent No.:ZL200720120147.X) in the near vision rehabilitation for low-vision patients.Methods Sixty eyes of 30 patients with the best corrected visual acuity ≥0.05 and <0.3 were selected,whose near vision was respectively examined with/without the neo-RW electronic visual aid,and registered the success rate for reading and reading speeds for doing the 5-font-size reading of Song typeface at 30cm distance.Results Near vision without the electronic visual aid:9 eyes ≥0.05 and <0.1,51 eyes ≥0.1 and <0.3;near vision with the electronic visual aid:5 eyes ≥0.3 and <0.5,55 eyes ≥0.5 and ≤1.0.As far as the rehabilitation of near vision up to 0.5 was considered as the norm,the success rate for reading in this group of patients was 91.67% (55/60).Fifty-seven out of 60 eyes can do the 5-font size reading at 30cm reading distance.The reading speed for single eye or double eyes of every patient was (98.45±42.43) words/min or (121.60±50.88) words/min at 30cm distance.There was no statistical difference on reading speed between the single eye and the double eyes of every patient (P >0.05).Conclusions The neo-RW electronic visual aid is helpful to the near vision rehabilitation for the low-vision patients,who should be encouraged to choose applicable visual aids for the effective vision.
