心房颤动是导致缺血性卒中的主要原因，心房颤动患者的脑卒中风险是普通人群的5倍。口服抗凝药是现今预防心房颤动相关性栓塞事件的主要方法，但传统口服抗凝药存在出血风险高、治疗窗窄、需反复检测国际标准化比值等不足，而新型抗凝药也有价格高、潜在毒副作用等缺陷。目前，非药物治疗预防心房颤动患者脑卒中主要有心房颤动的外科或介入根治、外科截除左心耳、经皮左心耳封堵等方法，现综述以上非药物治疗手段及其最新进展。

Atrial fibrillation ( AF) is the leading cause for ischemic stroke and the patients with AF have five more times risk of stroke than the general population.Oral anticoagulation is the most frequently used method for preventing the embolic event in patients with non-valvular AF.The traditional oral anticoagulants have high risk of bleeding, narrow therapeutic window, and require regular laboratory moni-toring.While the novel anticoagulant has a high price and some potential side effects.The current nonpharmacologic approaches in preven-tion of stroke in patients with AF include:eradication of AF, left atrium appendage surgical exclusion, left atrium appendage occlusion,etc. This review will summarize these approaches and their lastest advances.
