Double probe of lacrimal duct silicone drainage tube%Lacrimal duct anastomosis
目的 观察泪小管吻合术中应用硬膜外管与双探针泪道硅胶引流管的临床疗效.方法 对2008年12月至2012年12月在咸阳市中心医院眼科外伤致泪小管断裂56例(56只眼),年龄17～56岁,平均34岁,均为男性,手术均在手术显微镜下进行.其中应用硬膜外管组30例(30只眼),应用双探针泪道硅胶引流管组26例(26只眼).术后随访6～18月(平均7.9月).结果 硬膜外管组治愈17例,脱管10例,泪小点劈裂10例,治愈率56.7％ (17/30).双探针泪道硅胶引流管组治愈20例,脱管1例,泪小点劈裂1例,治愈率76.9％ (20/26).结论 1期泪小管吻合术中应用双探针泪道硅胶引流管,术后并发症少,治愈率高,不影响患者美观及生活,依从性好.

목적 관찰루소관문합술중응용경막외관여쌍탐침루도규효인류관적림상료효.방법 대2008년12월지2012년12월재함양시중심의원안과외상치루소관단렬56례(56지안),년령17～56세,평균34세,균위남성,수술균재수술현미경하진행.기중응용경막외관조30례(30지안),응용쌍탐침루도규효인류관조26례(26지안).술후수방6～18월(평균7.9월).결과 경막외관조치유17례,탈관10례,루소점벽렬10례,치유솔56.7％ (17/30).쌍탐침루도규효인류관조치유20례,탈관1례,루소점벽렬1례,치유솔76.9％ (20/26).결론 1기루소관문합술중응용쌍탐침루도규효인류관,술후병발증소,치유솔고,불영향환자미관급생활,의종성호.
Objective To observe lacrimal duct anastomosis epidural tube and double probe used in the clinical curative effect of lacrimal passage silica gel drainage tube.Methods Traumatic cause small tears tube rupture of 56 cases (56 eyes),with an average age of 34,all male,were performed under the operating microscope.Epidural tube group 30 cases (30 eyes),double probe of lacrimal duct silicone drainage tube group of 26 cases (26 eyes).Postoperative follow-up was 6 to 18 months,an average of 7.9 months.Results epidural tube group cured 17 cases,pipe of 10 cases,10 cases of lacrimal point splitting,the cure rate was 56.7％ (17/30).Double probe of lacrimal duct silicone drainage tube group 20 cases were cured,took off the tube in 1 case,lacrimal point splitting in 1 case,the cure rate was 76.9％(20/26).Conclusions Application of double probe lacrimal drainage tube gel of 1 stage anastomosis of lacrimal canal,less postoperative complications,the cure rate is high,does not affect the appearance of patients' life,and is good compliance.
