目的：观察温针联合中药治疗肝郁血瘀型PCOS的疗效。方法：随机选取2010～2013年我院80例肝郁血瘀型PCOS，分为两组，即温针联合中药组与常规中药组，每组40例。治疗后从月经周期恢复情况、血雄激素水平、基础体温、B超监测排卵情况、是否受孕5点比较两组疗效。结果：温针联合中药组总有效率为87.50%，常规中药组总有效率77.50%，温针联合中药组更有优势，两组比较差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：温针联合中药治疗肝郁血瘀型PCOS是一种有优势的方法。
목적：관찰온침연합중약치료간욱혈어형PCOS적료효。방법：수궤선취2010～2013년아원80례간욱혈어형PCOS，분위량조，즉온침연합중약조여상규중약조，매조40례。치료후종월경주기회복정황、혈웅격소수평、기출체온、B초감측배란정황、시부수잉5점비교량조료효。결과：온침연합중약조총유효솔위87.50%，상규중약조총유효솔77.50%，온침연합중약조경유우세，량조비교차이현저（P<0.05），구유통계학의의。결론：온침연합중약치료간욱혈어형PCOS시일충유우세적방법。
Objective:to observe the Warm Needling Therapy combined the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for liver blood stasis type PCOS. Methods:randomly selected from 2010~2013 in our hospital 80 cases of liver depression and blood stasis type PCOS, divided into two groups, the Warm Needling Therapy combined Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group, 40 cases in each. Conclusion:Warm Needling Therapy combined traditional Chinese medicine for liver and blood stasis type PCOS is a kind of method has an advantage.
