目的：探讨Sureshot导航系统下交锁髓内钉对股骨下段粉碎性骨折手术治疗方法及临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院于2010年1月～2014年6月应用Sureshot定位系统逆行交锁髓内钉手术治疗的32例股骨下段粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料。结果32例骨折病例均在Sureshot定位系统下完成交锁髓内钉的远端锁钉，均是一次钻孔，锁钉成功率达100％．术后患者全部获得随访，随访时间6～12个月，平均7．3个月，骨折愈合时间为5～11个月，平均5．5个月，未发生骨折不愈合、断钉、感染等并发症，根据Lys holm膝关节功能评分标准评定效果，获优24例，良6例，差2例，优良率为94．3％．结论 Sureshot定位系统下完成交锁髓内钉的远端锁钉手术时间短，一次钻孔，锁钉成功率高，并发症少。逆行锁髓内钉对于股骨下段骨折的治疗更利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能的恢复。
목적：탐토Sureshot도항계통하교쇄수내정대고골하단분쇄성골절수술치료방법급림상응용효과。방법회고성분석본원우2010년1월～2014년6월응용Sureshot정위계통역행교쇄수내정수술치료적32례고골하단분쇄성골절환자적림상자료。결과32례골절병례균재Sureshot정위계통하완성교쇄수내정적원단쇄정，균시일차찬공，쇄정성공솔체100％．술후환자전부획득수방，수방시간6～12개월，평균7．3개월，골절유합시간위5～11개월，평균5．5개월，미발생골절불유합、단정、감염등병발증，근거Lys holm슬관절공능평분표준평정효과，획우24례，량6례，차2례，우량솔위94．3％．결론 Sureshot정위계통하완성교쇄수내정적원단쇄정수술시간단，일차찬공，쇄정성공솔고，병발증소。역행쇄수내정대우고골하단골절적치료경리우골절유합화슬관절공능적회복。
Objective To explore the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail under Sureshot navigation system on surgical treatment of distal femur comminuted fracture method and clinical application.Methods Clinical data of thirty-two cases with femoral interlocking intramedullary nail surgery treatment under Sureshot positioning system of distal femur comminuted fracture were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2014.Results Thirty-two cases were completed under the Sureshot positioning system in the distal locking intramedullary nail,all were a drilling and locking and the success rate was 100%.All patients were followed-up after operation,the time was 6 to 12 months,an average of 7.3 months,fracture healing time was 5 to 11 months,an average of 5.5 months,no fracture non-union,screw breakage and complications such as infection happened.According to the Lys Holm knee function,24 opti-mal cases,6 good cases and 2 bad cases,the fine rate was 94.3%.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail under sureshot positioning system is simple, accurate and less time consuming.Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is more conducive to healing and functional recovery.
