The Panax Notoginseng preparations%Vascular dementia%Cyclooxygenase-2%Rats
目的:观察三七制剂的干预对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠行为学改变及海马区环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达的影响。探讨三七制剂对VD大鼠发挥脑保护作用可能的相关机制。方法建立血管性痴呆大鼠模型,随机将120只雄性Wistar大鼠分为:假手术3周、6周组、模型3周、6周组;三七制剂治疗3周、6周组。运用Morris水迷宫实验评价认知行为学改变,免疫组织化学法观测大鼠海马区COX-2的表达。结果三七制剂的干预可以提高血管性痴呆大鼠的学习记忆力和反应能力;三七制剂治疗组和模型组COX-2表达均较假手术组明显增高( P<0.01),但三七制剂治疗组COX-2表达明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论三七制剂的干预可以使血管性痴呆大鼠的行为学症状得到明显改善,其机制是通过对大鼠脑组织COX-2表达的抑制而发挥其脑保护作用。

목적:관찰삼칠제제적간예대혈관성치태(VD)대서행위학개변급해마구배양화매-2(COX-2)표체적영향。탐토삼칠제제대VD대서발휘뇌보호작용가능적상관궤제。방법건립혈관성치태대서모형,수궤장120지웅성Wistar대서분위:가수술3주、6주조、모형3주、6주조;삼칠제제치료3주、6주조。운용Morris수미궁실험평개인지행위학개변,면역조직화학법관측대서해마구COX-2적표체。결과삼칠제제적간예가이제고혈관성치태대서적학습기억력화반응능력;삼칠제제치료조화모형조COX-2표체균교가수술조명현증고( P<0.01),단삼칠제제치료조COX-2표체명현저우모형조(P<0.01)。결론삼칠제제적간예가이사혈관성치태대서적행위학증상득도명현개선,기궤제시통과대대서뇌조직COX-2표체적억제이발휘기뇌보호작용。
Objective To observe the Panax Notoginseng preparations of intervention on vascular dementia ( VD) and the change of behavior in rats hippocampus cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2) expression of its effect.To explore the probable mechanism of the Panax Notoginseng agents effect on cerebral protection of rats with VD.Methods The model of VD rats were set up and 120 Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group with 3W,6W,model group with 3W,6W or Panax Notoginseng preparation for treating group with 3W,6W.Evaluation of the cognitive behavioral changes was made by Morris water maze test,observation of COX-2 expression in rat hippocampus was tested with immu-nohistochemical.Results The Panax Notoginseng preparations of the intervention improved VD rats'ability to learn, memorize and react.Expression of Panax Notoginseng preparations in treatment group and model group COX-2 were sig-nificantly higher than those in the sham operation group(P<0.01),but the Panax Notoginseng agents for the treatment group with COX-2 expression was significantly lower than that of model group( P<0.01) .Conclusion The Panax Noto-ginseng preparations can obviously improve praxiology symptom of rats with VD, and the development of its protective effect on brain probably by means of inhibiting expression of COX-2 in the brain.
