为了了解黄鳝( Monopterus albus)肝脏结构与功能的关系,应用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜对黄鳝肝脏的显微和超微结构进行了观察。结果表明:黄鳝肝脏肝小叶不明显;肝细胞以中央静脉为中心呈不规则放射状分布,肝血窦交织成网状;肝细胞核大,核中位或偏位,偶见双核。肝细胞核大而圆,核仁显著,核孔明显且数目多;胞质内粗面内质网发达,呈区域化的层层排列,线粒体非常丰富且成群分布,紧密排列在核周围或与粗面内质网紧密接触;糖原颗粒丰富;可见溶酶体和脂滴。
為瞭瞭解黃鱔( Monopterus albus)肝髒結構與功能的關繫,應用光學顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡對黃鱔肝髒的顯微和超微結構進行瞭觀察。結果錶明:黃鱔肝髒肝小葉不明顯;肝細胞以中央靜脈為中心呈不規則放射狀分佈,肝血竇交織成網狀;肝細胞覈大,覈中位或偏位,偶見雙覈。肝細胞覈大而圓,覈仁顯著,覈孔明顯且數目多;胞質內粗麵內質網髮達,呈區域化的層層排列,線粒體非常豐富且成群分佈,緊密排列在覈週圍或與粗麵內質網緊密接觸;糖原顆粒豐富;可見溶酶體和脂滴。

To understand the structure and function of liver in rice field eel ( Monopterus albus) , the microstructure and ultrastructure of the liver in rice field eel were examined .Anatomical observation revealed that the liver of rice field eel was simple solid glands with the shape of long strip .Under light microscope , the hepatic lobule was not obvious .The bounda-ries of the hepatocytes of rice field eel were relatively clear , and the hepatocyte cords radiated from the central vein , which were woven into nets.The nucleus was big, which located in the middle of the cell or on the edge .Occasionally, binu-cleate cell can be found .Under electron microscope , the hepatocytes of rice field eel showed the nucleus was generally round, nucleolus was obvious , and nuclear pore was also clear .The rough endoplasmic reticulum was arranged usually in parallel stack cisternae around the nucleus .Mitochondria were distributed throughout the cytoplasm , elongated or round-ed, sometimes inflated with a pale matrix and were often surrounded by a circle of rough endoplasmic reticulum .Glycogen was aggregated in the cytoplasm .Lipid could be found as small-sized droplets interspersed with the organelles in the paren-chymal cells , or nearly filled the cytoplasm of the cells .
