[目的]探讨聚焦解决模式对宫颈癌病人抑郁心理和应对方式的影响。[方法]选取我院125例宫颈癌病人并随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组实施聚焦解决模式的心理干预，对照组实施常规健康教育，干预前后比较两组病人抑郁自评量表(SDS)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)的评分。[结果]干预后，研究组 SDS 得分低于对照组；应对方式问卷中解决问题维度得分高于对照组，自责、退避维度得分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]应用聚焦解决模式进行护理干预能有效缓解宫颈癌病人的抑郁水平，促进病人采取积极的应对方式。

[목적]탐토취초해결모식대궁경암병인억욱심리화응대방식적영향。[방법]선취아원125례궁경암병인병수궤분위연구조화대조조，연구조실시취초해결모식적심리간예，대조조실시상규건강교육，간예전후비교량조병인억욱자평량표(SDS)화응대방식문권(CSQ)적평분。[결과]간예후，연구조 SDS 득분저우대조조；응대방식문권중해결문제유도득분고우대조조，자책、퇴피유도득분저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]응용취초해결모식진행호리간예능유효완해궁경암병인적억욱수평，촉진병인채취적겁적응대방식。
Objective:To probe into the influence of focus solve patterns on depression of cervical cancer patients and its coping style.Methods:A total of 125 cases of cervical cancer patients in our hospital were randomly di-vided into study group and control group.The patients in study group received focus solve model of psychologi-cal intervention and the patients in control group received the regular health education,then the relative Self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ)score were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the SDS score of patients in study group was lower than that in control group;in Coping Style Questionnaire scores the problem solving score in study group was higher than that in control group,self blame score and retreat score were lower than that in control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Focus solving model of nursing intervention can ef-fectively relieve depression level of cervical cancer patients and promote them to adopt the positive coping strat-egies.
