Shidi capsule%immunoregulation effects
目的:研究湿迪胶囊的免疫调节作用。方法通过二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导迟发型变态反应模型检测耳肿胀度,碳粒廓清法测定网状内皮系统吞噬功能,分光光度法测定血清溶血素,噻唑蓝(MTT)法测定脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。结果湿迪胶囊高、中剂量对二硝基氟苯致小鼠迟发型超敏反应实验中测得的耳肿胀度均有明显抑制效果;湿迪胶囊高剂量能显著提高吞噬指数K,湿迪胶囊高、中剂量能校正吞噬指数α;湿迪胶囊高、中剂量组小鼠血清中溶血素的含量明显降低;湿迪胶囊各剂量可以抑制小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。结论湿迪胶囊可能对小鼠免疫功能具有双向调节作用,其治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用可能与抑制特异性细胞免疫功能与抑制体液免疫功能有关,同时具有提高小鼠的非特异性免疫功能。

목적:연구습적효낭적면역조절작용。방법통과이초기불분(DNFB)유도지발형변태반응모형검측이종창도,탄립곽청법측정망상내피계통탄서공능,분광광도법측정혈청용혈소,새서람(MTT)법측정비림파세포증식반응。결과습적효낭고、중제량대이초기불분치소서지발형초민반응실험중측득적이종창도균유명현억제효과;습적효낭고제량능현저제고탄서지수K,습적효낭고、중제량능교정탄서지수α;습적효낭고、중제량조소서혈청중용혈소적함량명현강저;습적효낭각제량가이억제소서적비림파세포증식반응。결론습적효낭가능대소서면역공능구유쌍향조절작용,기치료류풍습성관절염적작용가능여억제특이성세포면역공능여억제체액면역공능유관,동시구유제고소서적비특이성면역공능。
Objective To investigate the immunoregulation effects of the Shidi capsule.Methods The delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH)mouse model induced by dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB)was used to study the effects of the Shidi capsule on the levels of DTH;phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage was determined by cleaning carbon particle method;spectrophotograhphy was used to estimate levels of serum hemolysin;splenic lymphocytes proliferation was measured by MTT method.Results Shidi capsule 9.00 and 4.50 g· kg-1 can inhibit delayed type hypersensitivity of mice significantly.Shidi capsule increased the rates of clearance and clearance index in Carbon Clearance Test.hidi capsule 9.00 and 4.50 g·kg-1 dose could decrease the content of serum hemolysin.In addition,it could improve the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes.Conclusions Our results indicated that Shidi capsule can inhibit specific cellular im-munity and humoral immunity.
