Central China%teachers’mobility willingness%influencing factors
本文通过对我国中部3省12县市中小学教师的调查,探讨了教师流动意愿及其影响因素问题。研究表明,当前我国中部地区教师流动意愿强烈,绝大多数教师希望向城镇地区流动。统计分析表明,工资待遇和职业认同感对教师流动有显著影响。教师从农村到城市、从薄弱学校到重点学校的单向流动将导致农村师资力量更加薄弱,教师队伍结构更加不合理。采取有力措施提高农村教师工资待遇,提升教师职业认同感是稳定农村教师队伍,提高农村教师队伍素质的重要路径。

Based on the survey of primary and secondary school teachers from 12 counties of 3 provinces in central China,this thesis probes into the willingness and influencing factors of teachers’mobility. The research shows that teachers in Central China currently have strong mobility willingness and most teachers hope to flow intocities. The statistical analysis shows that wage and professional identity exert a remarkable impact on the flow of teachers. It is obvious that the flow of teachers from rural to cities and from weak school to key school will results in weaker teachers in rural areas and more irrational structure of rural teachers. Taking effective measures to improve teacher’s wages and promote teacher’s professional identity are the crucial ways to stabilize the rural teaching staff and improve the quality of rural teachers.
