学科是关乎学校长远发展的战略性问题，学科建设在不同类型高校呈现不同的特点。在当前“二次转型”大背景下，地方新建本科院校应对学科发展态势进行新的梳理和再思考，综合分析转型期内外部办学环境，在比较借鉴的基础上探索适合转型发展要求的学科建设方略。

학과시관호학교장원발전적전략성문제，학과건설재불동류형고교정현불동적특점。재당전“이차전형”대배경하，지방신건본과원교응대학과발전태세진행신적소리화재사고，종합분석전형기내외부판학배경，재비교차감적기출상탐색괄합전형발전요구적학과건설방략。
Discipline plays a strategic role in the long-term development of a university. Discipline construction shows various charac-teristics in different types of universities. On the background of second transformation,local newly-built universities should re-comb and second-think its discipline development situation,comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of school-run-ning,and search for the discipline construction strategies suitable for the requirements of transformation development based on compar-ison and reference.
