特色办学是地方院校办学的生命源泉，有特色才有良好的发展潜力。相对于一些重点大学，地方院校在影响力、学校设施以及师资力量等方面都处于劣势，加之地方院校很多都是依托地方发展、以服务地方为宗旨。所以笔者认为，区域性是地方院校打造特色办学的着力点。在办学中，注重区域性、联系区域、发展区域，方能更好地促进地方院校的特色办学，使地方院校立于办学的不败之地。
特色辦學是地方院校辦學的生命源泉，有特色纔有良好的髮展潛力。相對于一些重點大學，地方院校在影響力、學校設施以及師資力量等方麵都處于劣勢，加之地方院校很多都是依託地方髮展、以服務地方為宗旨。所以筆者認為，區域性是地方院校打造特色辦學的著力點。在辦學中，註重區域性、聯繫區域、髮展區域，方能更好地促進地方院校的特色辦學，使地方院校立于辦學的不敗之地。
특색판학시지방원교판학적생명원천，유특색재유량호적발전잠력。상대우일사중점대학，지방원교재영향력、학교설시이급사자역량등방면도처우열세，가지지방원교흔다도시의탁지방발전、이복무지방위종지。소이필자인위，구역성시지방원교타조특색판학적착력점。재판학중，주중구역성、련계구역、발전구역，방능경호지촉진지방원교적특색판학，사지방원교립우판학적불패지지。
Characteristic school-running is the ultimate fountain of the sustainable and prosperous development of a local college. Characteristics mean potential. Compared with national key universities,local colleges and universities are staying in a disadvantageous status in terms of influence,teaching facilities and faculty. Besides,the majority of local colleges and universities rely on local econom-ic development and aim at serving the local economy. Therefore,the paper regards regionality as the focus of local colleges and univer-sities in characteristic school-running. In school-running,more attention should be paid to regionality,connection of the region,and development of the region as a whole,so as to further promote the characteristic school-running of local colleges and universities and consolidate their status.
