目的：探讨研究除风益损汤加减联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植对翼状胬肉治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1月～2014年1月在我院手术的翼状胬肉患者，按入院日期单、双日分为治疗组和对照组，对照组应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术，术后给予常规处理，治疗组在对照组基础上口服除风益损汤加减，术后均随访12～24个月，观察创面修复时间及术后3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月的复发情况。结果：治疗组创面修复时间短于对照组（P＜0.05），稳定性及复发率控制方面优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合除风益损汤加减治疗翼状胬肉可缩短创面愈合时间，降低复发率。
목적：탐토연구제풍익손탕가감연합자체각막연간세포이식대익상노육치료적림상효과。방법：선취2012년1월～2014년1월재아원수술적익상노육환자，안입원일기단、쌍일분위치료조화대조조，대조조응용자체각막연간세포이식술，술후급여상규처리，치료조재대조조기출상구복제풍익손탕가감，술후균수방12～24개월，관찰창면수복시간급술후3개월、6개월、12개월、24개월적복발정황。결과：치료조창면수복시간단우대조조（P＜0.05），은정성급복발솔공제방면우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：자체각막연간세포이식술연합제풍익손탕가감치료익상노육가축단창면유합시간，강저복발솔。
